Accommodation and Food Safety
Our local hotel, hostel and resort partners are carefully selected with good reputation and legal certificates. Our food suppliers are well examined and supervised, kitchen environment, ingredients and kitchenwares are checked daily with our team.
Professional Facilitation
A good amount of facilitators will be assigned to each team with a ratio of minimum 1:8. All the trip leaders are First Aid Trained and trip nurse will be provided for special requirements.
24 Hours Emergency Support
Any emergency happens during the trip will be handled carefully and immediately. Local Emergency Assistance services typically include medical, evacuation and travel assistance. Particular facilitator will be assigned for emergency support 24 hours.

Risk Assessment
We Conduct and provide detailed risk assessments for every trip to evaluate hazards, then remove that hazard or minimize the level of its risk by adding control measures, as necessary. By doing so, we have created a safer travel plan with us.
